Gema Community Guidelines
Last updated: October 2026
Why these guidelines exist
These guidelines are here so that Gema - Group Voice Room stays a trustworthy, respectful, and positive place. They describe how people are expected to speak, share, and behave in the service, as that service is defined in the Terms of Service.
A breach can lead to removal of the material, and to a temporary or permanent closure of the account. The history of the account and how serious the breach is both matter.
What we expect
In live rooms and in anything else you send through Gema:
- Speak to other people in a friendly way.
- Stay polite and respectful in conversations and in other interactions.
- Add material that is worth hearing or reading, and that fits a healthy room.
What is not allowed
These rules apply to voice rooms and to material sent through Gema. The Projuktir Pothe team may act on a breach. The examples below are not a closed list.
- Illegal activity. Do not use Gema for anything illegal, and do not promote or support illegal activity. That includes human trafficking, hacking, distributing pirated software, drug use, and prostitution or gambling where those are illegal. The team may act at once and report the matter to law enforcement in the country involved.
- Harm to a minor. Do not share anything that sexualizes, exploits, targets, or endangers a minor, including child nudity, sexual innuendo involving a child, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Do not seek a romantic or dating relationship with a minor, invade a minor's privacy, or send anything else that puts a minor's physical or mental health at risk. The team may remove the material, limit or close the account, and report the case to an authority when that is appropriate.
- Other people's rights. Do not post material that breaks a contract, a copyright, a trademark, privacy, or another legal right. Do not bully, intimidate, harass, or defame anyone. Do not use another person's portrait without that person's consent.
- Hate. Do not share hate speech, or material that stirs up or promotes hatred against a group of people. Do not glorify or excuse hatred, extremism, racism, or discrimination.
- Violence and cruelty. Do not share graphic violence, or threaten or encourage violence. That includes physical attacks, coercion, threats, and propaganda for violence, including terrorism and violent extremism. Do not glorify suicide or self-harm. Do not share animal abuse.
- Politics. Do not share political material. That includes candidates for public office, government policy or leaders, campaign material, political rallies, party events, protests, insults to political symbols, and radical claims about real-world borders or territory.
- Deception. Do not share misleading or fraudulent material, including spam and scams. Do not impersonate another person, or falsely claim a connection with a person or an organization.
- Sexual material. Do not share explicit or pornographic material. Material that contains, promotes, or depicts sexual abuse, sexual activity, or sexual harassment is not allowed.
How the rules are applied
A step taken on an account is decided by the team. That decision is final, and it can be made without telling you first. The team may keep watching the service. Where the law allows, harmful material may be reported to local law enforcement.
Changes
These guidelines may be revised when the team decides that a change is needed so the community and what people send through it stay within the law. If you keep using Gema after a revision, you agree to follow the updated guidelines.
How to report
If you see material or a room that breaks these guidelines, report it from the in-app control on a user profile, inside a voice room, or on a page where people interact with content. You can also write to mahabub5136@gmail.com. The team will review the report and take the action that fits.
Gema - Group Voice Room is published by the Projuktir Pothe team. The aim of these guidelines is a safe and respectful community.
